Core Values

All users must uphold the national motto "For God and My Country" in their conduct and communication. This platform is built on principles of mutual respect, human dignity, and patriotic engagement. We encourage every participant to contribute positively to meaningful dialogue and national development.

Respectful Conduct

  • All participants must treat each other with respect in both language and action, regardless of differing opinions or affiliations.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or incitement to violence of any kind will not be tolerated and may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.
  • Disagreements are natural, but they must be addressed constructively and with courtesy. Personal attacks are strictly prohibited.

Peaceful Engagement

Users agree to maintain a spirit of peace, non-violence, and good conduct throughout all interactions on the platform. This includes refraining from inflammatory remarks, promoting tolerance, and encouraging solutions-oriented discussions that align with democratic values.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate as a voter or candidate on this platform. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to engage in civic processes in Uganda.

Accountability

Users are fully responsible for the content they create, share, or endorse. Any misuse of the platform, including violation of these terms or attempts to deceive others, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access. All actions are monitored to ensure compliance and protect the integrity of the platform.

Prohibited Use of the Platform

  • Do not spread misinformation or unverified claims, especially those that could disrupt public order or mislead voters.
  • Do not promote illegal activities, including but not limited to bribery, vote buying, or incitement to break the law.
  • Do not conduct political campaigns that violate Uganda’s electoral laws or guidelines issued by the Electoral Commission.
